Ticket Purchase and Festival Terms & Conditions Agreement
Any purchase or possession of tickets (including wristbands, the “Ticket(s)”) for The Reflection Campout (the “Festival”) constitutes the irrevocable acceptance of, and the agreement to be bound by, all of the terms and conditions contained herein, by you as either the purchaser, custodian or bearer of the Ticket(s) (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”). You further acknowledge and agree that The Reflection Campout (“Reflection” and sometimes also referred to as, “we,” “our” or “us”) and its authorized contractors may, from time to time, modify, add, remove, supplement, amend, update or otherwise revise any or all of the terms and conditions contained herein from time to time, without advanced, direct or individual notification to you (collectively “Revise or Revision(s)”) and which Revisions shall, at the sole and absolute option of Reflection, relate back to the date of purchase. Reflection shall have the right to periodically Revise all or some of the terms or conditions specified herein by posting such Revisions on the Festival’s website located at https://www.reflectioncampout.com (the “Site”). If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, do not purchase Tickets.
Risk Statement
There are risks involved in attending any event. By going to the Festival, you assume all risks incidental to the Festival and release The Reflection Campout and their respective affiliates from all claims related to or arising out of the Festival or your presence at the Festival. The ticket you hold is subject to all applicable policies of Reflection for the management of the Festival. This Ticket is a revocable license to enter the Festival at the date and time listed on the Ticket. Reflection reserves the right, without paying a refund, to refuse entry or eject you if you are not complying with all Management policies applicable to the Festival.
The Festival date and time is subject to change. Performing artists and times are subject to change. Resale and/or transfer of the ticket may be restricted or prohibited by Reflection policies, and if so, any such resale and/or transfer in violation of such policies is void to the maximum extent allowed by applicable laws. Any such unauthorized resale and/or transfer may result in refusal of entry without refund. Tickets not obtained directly from Reflection may be lost, stolen, counterfeit or invalid, in which case they will not be honored.
Revocable License
Your Ticket shall at all times be deemed a revocable license issued by Reflection for the sole purpose of accessing the venue and attending the Festival. The License may, at the sole and absolute option of Reflection, be revoked at any time with or without notification to You, including denying You access to the Venue due to violation or suspected violation of these terms, applicable laws, or rules.
Lost, Stolen or Destroyed Tickets
Reflection, its designee(s), and agent(s) assume no liability for lost, stolen, destroyed, or mislaid Tickets. Following the delivery of Your Tickets, You assume 100% risk of loss relating to them.
No Resale
Tickets purchased by You are intended for personal use only. If You obtain Your Ticket(s) from any unauthorized source(s), You fully assume all risks, including counterfeit or voided Tickets. Resale or attempted resale above face value is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these terms.
Not Redeemable for Cash
Tickets are not redeemable for cash.
Changes to Line-Up, Date or Venue
Reflection may change the Venue, Artist Lineup, Festival Times, or Festival Dates at any time, with or without notice, and without compensation.
Force Majeure Events
If the Festival is canceled due to circumstances outside Reflection’s control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, Reflection may at its discretion (a) issue a partial or full refund, (b) postpone the Festival, or (c) cancel without liability. Under no circumstances shall You be entitled to a refund of any shipping, handling, or processing fees.
All Ticket Sales Are Final
This Festival is a “Rain or Shine” Festival, “Standing Room Only,” and is strictly 21+. Unless otherwise specified herein, there shall be NO refunds or unauthorized exchanges.
Assumption of Risks
You assume any and all risks incidental or related to your presence at the Festival, including acts or omissions of others, and any risks not foreseeable.
Lost or Stolen Property
Reflection and its affiliates are not responsible for any lost, stolen, confiscated, or damaged property.
Festival Hazards
You assume all risks of injuries relating to Festival attendance including, but not limited to, projectiles, loud music, lighting effects, fog, smoke, lasers, pyrotechnics, and other production elements.
Loud Music and Special Effects Warning
All areas may be subject to extremely loud music, strobe lights, fog, haze, lasers, fireworks, and other effects. People who are pregnant or who suffer from seizures, light sensitivity, or other health conditions should consider this warning before attending.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless Reflection, Venue owners, and their affiliates, staff, and contractors from any and all claims or liabilities arising from your attendance.
Rules and Regulations
By purchasing a Ticket and attending the Festival, You agree to adhere to all rules and regulations set forth at https://www.konnexionmusicfestival.com/rules. This includes bringing at least one (1) gallon of water per person per day. Failure to comply may result in ejection without refund.
No Illicit Drugs; No Weapons
Reflection maintains a zero tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs or weapons. You consent to search and acknowledge violation will result in immediate removal without refund.
Integration Clause
These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between You and Reflection, superseding all prior agreements.
Arbitration of Disputes
Any disputes shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration in Idaho under the Federal Arbitration Act. No class actions are permitted.
Chargeback Disputes
You agree not to initiate a chargeback dispute with your card issuer. Reflection is not obligated to mitigate potential or actual losses.
Miscellaneous
By purchasing Tickets, You acknowledge you are at least 21 years of age. Tickets cannot be shared, duplicated, or used for promotional purposes without Reflection’s consent.
